Nearly six months after the initial realease of The Elephant gate I have gone back and corrected the few typos that escaped my lazy eyes! The first, a sentence I had obviously edited and re-edited, was caused by, well, poor editing...I basically left a couple of words that should have been removed altogether. The second, and far less humiliating, was caused, too, by poor editing. Just because I have spell check on my computer doesn't mean that the word "hi" was a good substitute for the word "his." Leave off one letter and the sentence doesn't mean a thing. The final typo, and by far the most humiliating, stemmed from the fact that I have always had difficulty with the words "capitol" and "capital." Sometimes English really sucks.
I'm sure that there are other small issues that I have missed but, for now, I'm content that my book is typo free! And, for those of you who bought the first edition, well, you have printed proof that I'm not perfect.
Thanks,
Curtis
